• Responsible for the management and development of all Food and Beverage outlets, including three restaurants, to ensure first-class service in accordance with standards.
• Preparation of Food & Beverage Operative Budgets/Capital Budgets and ensuring efficiency and productivity in the department.
• Evaluation and control of all labour costs and other expenses as they relate to the Operating Statement.
• Development of employee training and direct its implementation to generate the highest level of productivity and employee morale.
• Supervision of the scheduling and disciplining of all Food and Beverage departments.
