Food and Beverage Controller, Barbados

The ideal candidate will report to the Financial Controller. His / her duties will include responsibility for the supervision of Food and Beverage control functions and provide internal customers with accurate and timely cost reports.

Qualifications / Requirements:
• Diploma in cost controls or equivalent qualifications from a recognized intuition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of SAP would be an asset
• Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and meet strict deadlines.
