Chef De Partie Pastry, Bermuda

 We are seeking a full time Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen brigade. The successful candidate will report to the Pastry Chef / Pastry Sous Chef or Sous Chef on duty and be capable of maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation as directed by the Supervising Chef.

Candidates must have valid trade papers or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years experience working with all aspects of pastry and confectionary based products with-in a hotel setting. Must have strong leadership skills, display a passion for creativity and drive to succeed. Candidates should be able to supervise a group of staff, and perform duties such as performance evaluations and effective coaching. Must be willing to work varied shifts, split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
