1. Be creative in Menu planning
2. Be able to monitor and control food cost
3. Be able to lead, train and motivate junior chefs
4. Have attained qualifications in the culinary Arts and Food and Beverage with proven management and leadership abilities.
5. Have international exposure to and expertise with European, Asian, Caribbean and general Continental Cuisine
6. Be able to foster excellent working relationship with the police
7. Have sound knowledge of portion control, butchery and sanitation
8. Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate well with persons at all levels
9. Have positive work ethics and attitude
