Main Responsibilities

o To plan and control the on-going operations of the Hotel under his/her supervision in a manner that will yield a successful and profitable Hotel
o Drive hotel Sales, Profitability and maximize Total Revenue Performance
o Ensure the highest level of Guest and Employee Satisfaction
o Maintain relationships with target accounts and use creative business development strategies to attract new Markets/Clients
o Sales and Marketing Promotions
o On-going development of Policies and Procedures

• Essential Professional Experience

o Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience working in the Hotel Industry, three (3) of which as a General Manager of a three (3) or four (4) Star Property of similar size
o Extensive experience in Management and Understanding of both Food and Beverage and Rooms Division Operations
o Strength in Sales and Marketing, as well as, experience in the Corporate, Group Meetings, and Convention Markets
o Caribbean Work Experience is a plus
o Experience in Property Maintenance and Renovations
