Customer Service Counselor/Vault Teller, Jamaica

To assist in providing and maintaining a high level of service to our customers at all times.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide information about the Society’s savings and mortgage instruments.
• Open new accounts for customers.
• Conduct customer interviews and prepare share loan and hypothecation requests.
• Update customers’ information as it relates to name change, address change etc.
• Prepare FX inflows report on a monthly basis or as required.
• Perform daily ABM duties.
• Monitor the Tellers and ensure that adequate cash is in maintained and the correct balancing procedures are adhered.
• Ensure that the Tellers’ imprest is safely locked away daily.
• Perform Teller functions when required.
• Prepare Perform the functions of a Checking Clerk.
