Main Responsibilities
• Plan, organize and administer employee benefits to ensure consistent and fair treatment of all employees
• Responsible for the efficient and effective management of all industrial relations and compensation administration affairs
• Provide assistance to managers on compliance with good industrial relations policies and practices in accordance with the RHAs (Conduct) Regulations, 2008
• Develop, recommend and implement operating procedures and programmes in order to accomplish departmental goals
