On Board Human Resources Manager required for large international cruise line.

Your principal responsibilities include:

Providing human resource guidance and direction for all employees. Overall responsibility for all HR functions onboard a large cruise ship, including signing on and off crew, scheduling, administration, welfare, cabin berthing, Personnel Excellence programme, training & development.
• You have College or University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related experience equivalent
• Working knowledge of computers and the ability to navigate within a variety of software programs.
• Proficiency in learning Computer Systems.
• Ability to multi-task and handle constantly changing priorities as well as policies and procedures
• Must possess strong leadership, organizational and training skills

A minimum of 2 years previous experience in an Assistant HR or HR Manager role onboard a cruise ship is essential as well as the ability to speak Fluent English.
