To sell business equipment systems in required volumes to meet or exceed personal quota towards the achievement of the Divisional overall targets.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Monthly forecasts must be submitted by the first working day of each month.
• Visit a minimum of ten (10) customers per day.
• Ensuring next day delivery of quotations and following up on same in a timely manner.
• Delivering products and giving demonstrations when necessary.
• Ensuring machines are checked before delivery
• Ensuring that demos are returned within three (3) working days.
• Completing daily activity reports giving:-
• Name of Customers
• Contact Numbers
• Contact Names
• Requirements
• Attend Sales Meetings
• Providing weekly list of new customers visited in respective territory.
• Responsible for timely collection of all receivables within the designated sales territory.
• Representing MBM in a professional manner at all times.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Management.

Detailed Roles/ Responsibilities
• Achieves monthly sales quota.
• Handles customers complaints- Resolves the situation in a professional manner and tries their best to satisfy the customer with the interest of the company in mind on a daily basis.
• Product delivery and demo- Ensure machine checked before delivery daily, Also ensure demos last no longer than 3 days at the customer.
• Collection of receivables- within thirty (30) days- Receivables needs to be collected daily.
• Keeps updated with product knowledge via brochures and product website- To ensure monthly that product knowledge is developed on all products.
• Projections- Submits realistic monthly projections on the start of every month (on the first working day)
