To provide efficient business support services to facilitate optimum performance of the Ministry.

MAIN DUTIES:
• To facilitate the provision of photocopying and facsimile services for the Ministry.
• To ensure that equipment tools and other resources are efficiently used.
• To lead and manage the Unit in the achievement of the above strategic objectives.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCE:
• Excellent Communication skills;
• Excellent Problem Solving skills
• Excellent planning and organizing skills;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Integrity and Ethics;
• Knowledge of Microsoft officer software (emphasis Microsoft Excel).

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
• Diploma in Management Studies/Public Administration or equivalent qualifications.
• Certificate in Supervisory Management.
• Project Management training would be an asset.
• Three (3) years experience in Administrative Management or related field.
