Role and Responsibilities:
• Liaise with software vendor
• Diagnose issues
• Programming and testing
• Troubleshoot and testing
• Troubleshoot problems with existing program
• Produce reports
• Produce comprehensive documentation as required
• User support
• Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor Science Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Four (4) years programming experience
• Knowledge of database structure
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Initiative and ability to assume additional responsibilities
• Four years programming in a COBOL environment
• Experience using CL, PDM
