To provide prompt and efficient service to our customers and assist in maintaining good customer relations at all times.

The successful candidate will have the ability to interact effectively in addressing customers’ needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue duplicate passbooks and passcards.
• Processletter transactions e.g. bearer bringing in letters from account holders to effect withdrawal.
• Investigate funds deposited to the Society through foreign banks as well as salary deductions
• Deal with customers bringing in legal documents (e.g. death certificates, letters of administration, declaration of next of kin, change of name by deed pole, etc.) associated with withdrawals.
• Hypothecate savings accounts and give information on Share Loans.
