Call Center Manager, St. Kitts

The Call Centre Manager is responsible for leading people, managing performance and driving and sustaining the desired Customer Experience. The successful candidate will manage day to day operations of a Contact Centre. This means being accountable for the recruitment, selection and hiring of talent, training and on-going education of Associates, performance assessment and management, motivation and recognition of our people as well as managing all progressive disciplinary actions that are necessary.

The successful candidate will also have aggressive revenue and expense objectives to meet along with very delicate Customer Experience and Employee Satisfaction demands. We are seeking someone who can provide ongoing and frequent coaching and development to front-line Associates.

Financial Controller, Haiti

The main purpose of this position is to oversee all financial operations for GOAL Haiti. GOAL’s ultimate aim is to build the capacity of national staff, minimising expatriate input where possible and promoting self-reliance in the communities in which it operates.

Key Duties:
1. Ensure timely submission of monthly reports to GOAL Dublin comprising the Sage data set, Donor Status Reports, supporting schedules and other reports as required.
2. Be familiar with and ensure that donor guidelines are followed at all times.
3. Ensure timely submission of donor reports, government reports and other reports to GOAL Dublin and/or the relevant authorities.

Administrative Officer, Jamaica

The incumbent will have the principal responsibility to assist with the planning and execution of all administrative functions as it relates to the portfolio of the Vice President of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and liaise with the Country Managers within the region for the timely submission of documents/reports.
• Assist in conducting research on areas related to New Business Development in the Operations Department.
• Schedule meetings/appointments, set-up telecoms, make reservations and coordinate foreign travel for personnel.
• Track and report on Operating/Maintenance budget performance and assist with the compilation/revision of budgets.
