Front Desk Communications Receptionist

 

This job holder will provide customer service for the Bank in the lobby/ ground floor welcome desk area by courteously receiving all visitors, directing them to the appropriate area for their visit, arranging their visitor credentials, informing their hosts of their arrival and managing the visitor’s experience while in the lobby area. The holder will also need to analyze and assess the public’s concerns/queries and direct these to the most appropriate department.
