• Build, retain and expand customer relationships using marketing, telephone, email and other inside-based means.
• Develop Line of Business contacts and Chief-level executives (CxO) relationships in owned accounts.
• Develop an account strategy and customer contact plan for owned accounts.
• Contact each account a minimum of twice each quarter with meaningful touches.

Direct Sales Supervisor, Trinidad

Supervise the Direct Sales Team, ensuring that levels of performance are in keeping with company policies, standards and expectations.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Provide leadership for members of the Direct Sales Team
• Ensure that members of the Direct Sales Team have the tools, equipment and materials required for the job
• Coach, mentor and train members of the Direct Sales Team
• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and/or surpassed
• Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports
• Attend regular sales meetings

Qualification and/or Experience:
Critical:
• Bachelor’s Degree n Business Management or the equivalent experience
• 5 years Sales experience
• 3 years Supervisory experience
• Possess a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
• Excellent communications & presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

The successful candidate will possess general knowledge of the financial sector, markets, products and services. S/he will have a minimum three (3) years’ experience in the field of Marketing, Public Relations or Advertising.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development and execution of Marketing and Corporate Affairs Plans in accordance with the Group’s objectives.
• Recommend, plan, and organize seminars, trade shows and expositions and coordinate the preparation of all promotional material for use at the selected events.
• Assist in the proposal, development and maintenance of a corporate loyalty programme.
• Prepare and submit a proposal for the coordination and maintenance of an internal promotion programme.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Assistant, Budget and Inventory Control to ensure that the appropriate levels of collateral material are available within the branches (e.g. Brochures, pamphlets, branding material etc.) and makes recommendation for addition to the suite and replacement as necessary.
• Compile quotations and order collateral and promotional material with the approval of the Vice President or Unit Head.

Main Responsibilities/Activities
• Identification of key stakeholders within the sector to target with regard to promotion of the franchise model. These vary dependent on the institutional drivers but could include managers and other stakeholders across the business.
• Undertake sales visits to promote the benefits of the franchise model to potential stakeholders and attending the appropriate conference/networking opportunities to reach the target audience.
• Development of appropriate franchise marketing materials for web interfaces, promotional literature and mail-shots.
• Identify strategic locations within the Bahamas that calls for BTC presence that could be offered to a potential Franchisee
• Build sales and revenue projection models to ensure a solid business plan exists for potential partners
• Ensure all logistic and supply chain implemented combined with well documented processes, policies and procedures.
• Report weekly and monthly on agreed KPI’s combined with recovery plans if unfavorable.
