• Assist in identification, development and teaching of architecture courses for civil engineers.
• Supervision of students’ projects and research work
• Conduct research in architecture with an emphasis on sustainable development and multi-disciplinary approaches.

Civil Engineer II, Trinidad

The Incumbent will be required to efficiently and effectively to work alongside the Senior Engineer supervise, direct, evaluate and oversee the Civil Engineering and Property management section of the Engineering Department by planning, organizing, scheming and directing the various functions required throughout the Hospital Facilities

Core Functions
• Supervision of the Civil Engineering , Property management and Maintenance Section
• Planning and execution of maintenance and repair on buildings, property, grounds and equipment.
• Monitor and supervise in the execution of maintenance and repair activities and evaluate staff performance, attendance, punctuality and time management.
• Prepares reports, budgets, quotation requests and assist in the preparation of tender evaluation documents
• Management and disposal of all waste for the entire region in compliance with Safety Guidelines and Procedures
• Supervision of capital work projects
• Reports to the Senior Civil Engineer on overall performance levels, requirements and achievement of objectives
