Responsibility/Activity
Strong Inside Sales-Managed Customer Relationships 25%
• Build, retain and expand customer relationships using marketing, telephone, email and other inside-based means.
• Develop Line of Business contacts and Chief-level executives (CxO) relationships in owned accounts.
• Develop an account strategy and customer contact plan for owned accounts.
• Contact each account a minimum of twice each quarter with meaningful touches.

The position will be required to:
• Manage all aspects of assigned brands i.e. develop, implement & monitor trade marketing plans.
• Liaise with advertising agency on promotion plans.
• Liaise with customers, sales and merchandising teams to ensure trade marketing standards are implemented and maintained.
• Liaise with brand principals on product performance.
• Grow present brands within the portfolio aggressively, as well as attract new brands to broaden the portfolio.

Experience and Qualifications:
• BSc with Masters as a preference.
• Two (2) years experience at a management level.

To understand the business needs of the SEW and develop/refine plans for effective change management and enhance adoption of the SEW services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Works with the technical teams to gather, validate and evaluate SEW product/market requirements through market and customer research and product research.
• Drives development and implementation of integrated marketing plan (PR, Direct Mail, Seminars & Events etc) supported by business case with the objective of strengthening the awareness of SEW.
• Develops and drive marketing plans that will enhance user adoption of the SEW.
• Co-ordinates & arranges seminars and trainings for various stakeholders.
• Gathers and analyses data related to users, user sign up rate, issues, etc related to the SEW to identify trends and takes necessary corrective action.
• Develops user specific tactical campaigns that are designed to support adoption and customer retention.
• Manages the marketing communication budget in a way to maximize the return on funds invested.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

• Develop and implement Year-1 Operational Plan.
• Develop and implement activities/programmes to effectively market and promote company’s projects, the company’s image, and the entertainment industry in general.
• Plan and Coordinate Programmes, Projects, and Activities to ensure effective reach to key markets, including – but not limited to:

– Industry Members – Trinidad & Tobago and International
– Stakeholders – Trinidad & Tobago
– Related / Affiliated Organizations and Corporations in the Entertainment Community – Trinidad & Tobago
– Industry Suppliers – Trinidad & Tobago, and International
– Marketing Resources – Trinidad & Tobago and International
