Franchise Sales & Operations Manager, Bahamas

Main Responsibilities/Activities
• Identification of key stakeholders within the sector to target with regard to promotion of the franchise model. These vary dependent on the institutional drivers but could include managers and other stakeholders across the business.
• Undertake sales visits to promote the benefits of the franchise model to potential stakeholders and attending the appropriate conference/networking opportunities to reach the target audience.
• Development of appropriate franchise marketing materials for web interfaces, promotional literature and mail-shots.
• Identify strategic locations within the Bahamas that calls for BTC presence that could be offered to a potential Franchisee
• Build sales and revenue projection models to ensure a solid business plan exists for potential partners
• Ensure all logistic and supply chain implemented combined with well documented processes, policies and procedures.
• Report weekly and monthly on agreed KPI’s combined with recovery plans if unfavorable.
