You will work closely with experienced Managers, Directors and Partners on client audits. Using a controls-based audit approach, you will be involved in a broad variety of audit engagements from the planning phase through to execution and completion. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating financial statements misstatements and potential deficiencies in internal controls. Your wide variety of experiences will result in you gaining valuable management skills early in your career. In addition your responsibilities will include:
• Coaching, advising and directing team members
• Monitoring engagement economics
• Updating existing knowledge of the asset management industry through research and attendance at specific industry training courses
• Leading an audit team. Assisting in setting the audit approach to the engagement which makes effective use of team members’ skills
• Liaising with clients to obtain relevant information in order to resolve any queries and to identify issues requiring further clarification
• Identifying the key business and audit risks of a client and investigation of audit issues to arrive at a solution or a proposal

Claims Administrator, Bermuda

Major responsibilities
• Receiving incoming claims notifications and bordereaux and recording in the Company’s database
• Preparing claims and bordereaux for review and authorisation to make payment
• Maintaining the Company’s claims filing system and a running schedule of open claims

Minimum qualifications
• At least 2 years claims administration experience including prior experience of working with an electronic claims/underwriting database
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A sound ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet scheduled deadlines

Fiduciary Advisory Director, Bermuda

Major responsibilities
• Provide advice to the Head of Global Private Banking Bermuda in respect of commercial decisions to be taken that affect existing, closed and proposed business

Advising and providing support to TRMs with respect to legacy issues, specifically, tax related trust issues and the available solutions. Must possess a strong working knowledge of G20 country tax rules and their relevance to Trust structures
• Act as the interface for PWS Bermuda with external regulators as it pertains to offshore Trust entities and providing technical expertise on all Trust related litigation matters for both the business and legal department, as well as all Trust related compliance matters for both the business and Bermuda compliance
• Maintain an in depth understanding of the GPB / PWS client base and business risk issues, including economic, operational, legal, regulatory and tax trends and assisting in the development of strategic initiatives for PWS Bermuda and PWS Europe
• Develop technical training materials and deliver training to GPB / PWS staff, both locally and globally as required.

• Maintain positive relationships with the Bank’s business lines acting as consultant where needed in order to properly aid in the mitigation and control of risk
