Electrical Engineer, Bahamas

To support the facility by managing the activities associated with projects to achieve tonnage targets.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities (5-7 Maximum):

• Oversee projects from inception to completion with safety and efficiency the primary goal.

• Investigate and recommend modifications to present operations when more flexible and feasible engineering alternatives could render improvements.

• Acts as engineering consultant for day to day problems where engineering advice could resolve the issue.

• Select and monitor contractors to ensure compliance with government regulations and Company Policies.

• Lead the electrical upgrades and major project repairs.

Other Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop and Manage training materials, syllabus, and personnel to maintain and improve electrical skill levels.
• Fill in for supervisor when required.
• Participate in the Safety Journey Process.
• Other duties as required.
