Senior Programme Manager, Bahamas

This position develops cross-company data collection and reporting processes to facilitate Regulatory Accounting Requirements while significantly reducing resource time required to collect information, improve quality and reliability of data. It also defines, develops and manages the plan to coordinate improvements to systems and processes to achieve the objectives while enhancing systems and processes that show significant improvements in resource requirements and reliability of data.

The position also manages the Revenue Assurance function of the Company to significantly enhance its revenue processes and systems and protect its revenues from all sources. It leads the revenue assurance tea in the application of proactive and detective measures against revenue leakage and effectively monitors and reports on the revenue assurance processes and systems in the business.

Senior Associate, Enterprise Support, Bahamas

In this role the Senior Associate perform installations and maintenance on CISCO Enterprise Systems/networks. The Senior Associate also ensures that all tasks and actions relating to service delivery to Enterprise customers are delivered in accordance with plan and to required standard.

Accountabilities:
-provides proactive approach to tasks associated with service delivery to all customers in scope
-provides facilitation and team work in approach with account managers, overall enterprise team in delivery to customer
-performs analysis of customer data (switch; pabx; data) to drive proactive and excellent service to all KPI’s

Main Responsibilities/Activities
o Assist the Manager with planning, supervision, training, performance reviews and implementation of goals for the unit.
o Address all customers in a professional and courteous manner Be an effective member of the Enterprise Support team
o Assist in the production of KPI reports

Maintenance Manager, Bahamas

The position holder manages the maintenance aspects of the company’s generation department. This includes the personnel and equipment used for maintenance of the generating facility’s equipment.

Minimum Qualifications are:-
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or its equivalent

• 2nd Class Marine Engineering license

• A minimum of five years supervisory level experience in a maintenance department of an industrial facility

• Trained in the maintenance of power plant equipment

• Have a good technical understanding of instrumentation, electrical systems and mechanical systems

• Good organizational skills
