Spa Manager, Cayman Islands

We are seeking a qualified applicant to work in Cayman’s finest Spa, catering to affluent clientele.
• The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and determined individual and capable of working on own initiative.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, be a quick thinker and have the ability to cope in a busy, high stressed environment.
• Three years experience in a similar position; a Hotel/Resort type setting is a must, along with a working knowledge of computers and background in the hospitality field.
• Applicant must have previous massage experience in order to step in when necessary for treatments. Will be responsible for scheduling and disciplining, meeting with clients and compiling reports of Spa Sales.

Salary is CI $45,000 per annum

This position requires working flexible schedules of day and/or evening shifts including weekends and public holidays. As manager you will be on call at all times. The applicant must meet the minimum requirements and must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English Language.
