This job holder will provide customer service for the Bank in the lobby/ ground floor welcome desk area by courteously receiving all visitors, directing them to the appropriate area for their visit, arranging their visitor credentials, informing their hosts of their arrival and managing the visitor’s experience while in the lobby area. The holder will also need to analyze and assess the public’s concerns/queries and direct these to the most appropriate department.

Reporting to the Group’s Head of Internal Audit to:
• Implement the audit plan, as approved, including as appropriate any special tasks or projects.
• Document and evaluate the adequacy of the internal control systems, identifying strengths and weaknesses of internal controls.
• Conduct audit testing and identify areas of risk and non compliance.
• Prepare working papers in accordance with professional auditing standards
• Present findings to Head of Internal Audit, explaining findings and recommendations.
• Prepare audit reports documenting the results of the audit for submission to the Head of Internal Audit.

Registrar – Emergency Medicine, Trinidad

The incumbent will report to the Specialist Medical Officer in the department and will be responsible for administering medical treatment to patients at the Hospital in the specialist field of study. Work entails the conduct of medical procedures, assessments and tests and the evaluation of examinations for diagnoses. The Communications Officer participates in the implementation of the corporate communications strategy, as well as in the design, management and implementation of the Country Office communications strategy geared towards influencing the development agenda and promote public and media outreach.

Expected Outcomes
Planning and design of internal and external strategies for communications and outreach focusing on achievement of the following results:
