Your opportunity: Associate Director, Business Implementation
• Drive client proposals from point of contract to proposals, negotiation of structure and documentation, and the onboarding of new fiduciary structures including the collection of assets
• Be proficient in communicating and negotiating amongst prospects, legal counsel, senior leadership and fiduciary associates

Regional Manager Health Records, Trinidad

The Regional Manager Health Records directs and coordinates the activities of Health Records Units across primary, secondary and tertiary health care facilities in the Region. The officer is responsible for the supervision of staff engaged in the management of records and is a member of the Technical Heads.

Key Functions:
• Leads in the establishment of policies, procedures and standards for health records units. These policies and procedures should be in keeping with the directions set by the National Health Records Committee.
• Monitors the Health Records System for compliance and quality improvement.
• Develops mechanisms/systems to:
i. Ensure patient information is captured, coded and stored to facilitate quality patient care.
ii. Maintain confidentiality.
iii. Contribute to the development of statistical data for programme evaluation and fiscal management.
• Prepares and submits various reports related to the inputs, processes and outputs of Health Records Departments.
• Works in partnership with other Regional Managers – Corporate and Clinical.
• Performs other related duties as may be required.

Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement annual operating plan and monthly forecasts to accurately reflect current expectations of the business.
* Collaborate and develop strong relationships with business leaders to set action plans to achieve annual operating plan; engages daily as co-leader of the business team.
* Develop financial presentation package for review with Senior Leadership and various business partners on a periodic basis.
* Develop working capital targets for the business units and coordinate with various business functions on operating plans to ensure successful achievement of targets.
* Prepare and review dashboards and ad hoc analysis to determine methods of increasing operating productivity through revenue generation, margin expansion and/or cost control.
* Prepare and review on an ongoing basis the profitability of the various business segments, customers, categories and/or products. Provide recommendations to increase profitability.
* Review and develop the financial justification for various capital or operating investments.
